How do I track my order?
You will receive a tracking link by email once your order ships. You can also check status at /seguimiento.
What if nobody is home for delivery?
The carrier will attempt re-delivery. After 3 attempts the package may be returned. Contact us to arrange redelivery.
Can I change my delivery address?
Address changes can be made within 24 hours of placing the order. Contact us immediately at hola@uasisi.com.
What if my bottle arrives damaged?
Take photos immediately and contact us within 48 hours. We will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
Do you offer free shipping?
Orders over MX$2,500 qualify for free standard shipping within Mexico.
